Hooves of Hope (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Organization”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of horses, donkeys, mules, and goats in Nebraska. These Terms of Service govern your use of our

5. DONATIONS AND REFUNDS
Donations made through the Site via PayPal or other payment methods are voluntary contributions to Hooves of Hope. When you donate:
– You authorize the listed payment method to charge the donation amount specified
– The donation is generally nonrefundable and used for animal rescue, care, and rehabilitation
– Your donation may be tax-deductible; consult a tax professional for details
If you set up a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel. To cancel, contact us at hoovesofhoperescueandrehab@gmail.com.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 30 days of the donation.
6. VOLUNTEER AND FOSTER APPLICATIONS
When you submit a volunteer or foster application through the Site:
– You confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful
– We may contact you to verify information or request additional documentation
– We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion
– By applying, you consent to background checks as permitted by law
7. NEWSLETTER AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from Hooves of Hope about animal rescue news, volunteer opportunities, events, and fundraising. 8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit comments, photos, stories, or other content to the Site, you grant Hooves of Hope a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for nonprofit purposes (including website,
social media, newsletters, and fundraising materials).
You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on anyone’s rights. We may remove any content that violates these terms.

placements and require return of animals if they are being neglected or abused.
