Lucy the hen's Story
Lucy is a beautiful Cream Legbar hen who came to Hooves of Hope as an owner surrender when her previous owner had to move into town and could no longer keep her. Rather than abandon her, they wanted to make sure Lucy had a safe place to live and be cared for. Lucy is a gentle, curious girl who now enjoys a peaceful life with plenty of space, good food, and daily care. Thanks to the rescue, Lucy has a second chance to live safely and happily. 🐔
